To Order by Phone

Monday thru Friday 8:30 am to 9:00 pm EST
If you would like to mail your order to us, please call our Customer Service Department at 1.800.261.6323. They will send you a packet of information that you will need to complete and return to us before we can place your order. Please note that ordering via mail will delay the start of your order processing.

| Adding Items to Existing Orders |

You may add to or change your order ONLY within 24 hours after our receipt of your order by contacting our customer service representatives at 800.261.6323.
Receipt of your order by us occurs: 1. at the time of placement if you ordered online or by phone or 2. the business day after we get confirmation that your check cleared or money order was received if you mailed your order.
If the status of your order appears as "in warehouse," "packchecked," or "shipped," we are unable to add to or change your order.

| Canceling Your Order |

You may cancel your order ONLY within 24 hours after our receipt of your order by contacting our customer service representatives at 800.261.6323. Receipt of your order by us occurs: 1.

to your international address and, if so, the associated shipping costs.
