What is MyDove® Chocolate?
My Dove® chocolates offers several exciting options that will help add that little something extra to celebrate your special moments. We offer you the ability to create up to 4 personalized My Dove® messages that will be printed on the inside wrapping and distributed evenly throughout your order.
What kind of chocolate choices are offered?
You can choose from either Milk or Dark Chocolate.

You can create up to 4 personalized My Dove® messages that will be printed on the inside wrapping and distributed randomly throughout your order.
I did not receive a confirmation of my message. Where can I view my message?
You can view your order history by logging into your account.
Can I print anything on the My Dove® inside wrapping?
My Dove® chocolate is designed to deliver an inspired message that shares feelings beyond printed words. So when designing your personalized My Dove® moment, it is important to have fun; however, it must be tasteful fun. And yes...we do have some rules that help us deliver a moment we can both be proud of.

Where can I see this product in a store?
My Dove® chocolates and all MARS Direct® Incorporated custom-printed products are only available through our website. You can also call one of our customer service representatives to place your order. Please feel free to give us a call at 1.800.261.6323 from 8:30 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. EST Monday through Friday.
Can I buy this product for fundraising?
My Dove® chocolates are created for direct-to consumer sales only. We do not produce My Dove® for resale.
Do My Dove® chocolates contain peanuts?
Yes, My Dove® may contain peanuts within the ingredients.
Is My Dove® chocolate Kosher?
Yes, both milk and dark My Dove® chocolates are OU-D Certified Kosher Dairy.
I'm planning an event-can I see samples?
Unfortunately due to the limits of manufacturing personalized chocolates, we currently do not provide samples before the order. However, you may order a smaller quantity to review prior to ordering the large order.
How should I store my order?
My Dove® chocolates can be stored in the shipping container until you're ready. Ideal conditions are between 65 and 75 degrees F. Please do not refrigerate.

Can you provide more information about how the order is shipped?
To help protect the freshness and safe delivery of My Dove® chocolates, we carefully and tightly pack your order in special, cool insulated boxes that help prevent the chocolates from melting.

I live outside the USA- can I order?
Please contact one of our customer service representatives at 1.800.261.6323 from 8:30 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. EST - Monday through Friday to discuss whether it is possible to ship My Dove® chocolates to your international address and, if so, the associated shipping costs.
What about Alaska and Hawaii?
All orders shipped to Alaska and Hawaii require an additional $20 charge.

Some chocolates take longer to ship- why?
All custom printed My Dove® chocolates are made to order, so these require more time to produce and ship.
I'm planning an event and need to send my product there- can I reship it?
We take great care in packing and shipping these products, and do not recommend reshipping. We have provisions in the checkout process for shipping to another address and choosing your ship date.
How are my chocolates shipped?
Custom printed candy is shipped in insulated boxes, and specific packaging procedures are used based on seasons and ship-to locations.
When can I expect to receive my order?
At the top of the My Dove® chocolates website (www.mydovechocolate.com) we provide an approximate delivery date of your order. The approximate delivery date may vary based on the volume of orders we receive.
Each order of custom printed My Dove® chocolates will be sent so that it arrives in 2 business days after it leaves our warehouse.
How will I know when my product ships?
If you place your order online, you'll receive an e-mail with the shipping information. If you place your order by phone, fax or mail, please call one of our customer service representatives at 1.800.261.6323 for shipping confirmation.
